If you want to make a virtual pet info site…what do you do?

Yeah. I want to make a virtual pet info site like Jellyneo and SubetaHQ.
So how do I start? Am I supposed to get the "OK" from the actual pet site so I can do it or what?

If your making a free to make website use something like freewebs.

You don’t need the O.K unless your claiming the virtual pets game owns the website, you just gotta put in the website:

"This website is for fan use only. All content relating to the game ‘virtual pets’ is created and owned by ‘_____’"

Something like that.
