Lost Generation
I guess I should finally get around to putting something here. I am surprised that it has received so much attention recently.
This video was created for the AARP U@50 video contest and placed second
It is based on the Argentinian Political Advertisement “The Truth” by RECREAR
Thanks to joezandstra for posting it as a video response. If you would like more info about the video you can find it here

Apart from the …
Apart from the content, this is interesting structurally as it extremely clearly demonstrates the way “unenlightened linear narrative” and narrow point focussed thinking can be turned around to mean the opposite simply by a change of perspective.. in this case reversing the time-line.
Much confusion exists (and is the cause of much conflict) due to common mis-perceptions (single perceptions) of “Cause & Effect” “Have & Need & Want” ..
This author is enlighting..

Dissent Is Good
A safe place to come and disagree.
Discuss issues including the overwhelming double standards from political parties and officials, the media/press, and the general irrationality that seems to be sweeping the nation.
Reasonable questions of authority are a good thing.
The only way we can prevent future mistakes is to start by acknowledging the ones we’ve already made.
