Search Engine Marketing, known as SEM for short, consists of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay Per Click (PPC). Which marketing method you should use with your business primarily depends on your business and what you are trying to accomplish. The biggest difference between these two methods is that SEO will generate free traffic, but can take a long time before it starts to work for you, while PPC costs you money, but the benefits can be instantaneous.
