A Juicing Dream Come True

I have always wanted to make my own juice. I love going to juice bars like Smoothie King and Jamba Juice, but sometimes I want to experiment with making my own juice blends. But now I don’t have to settle for the juices that I find at those juice bars.

The Jack Lalanne Juicer allows me to make and create my very own juices. I can combine apples, carrots, strawberries and watermelon, and so many other fruits and vegetables to any combination that I want. It’s no secret that I hate eating vegetables and now I don’t have to: I can drink them!

Flax seed is likely to improve your health and make a more rounded diet for you. Now you have been out to buy flax seed and now what are you going to do with it. Well firstly you must grind it down to release its nutrients or you will have just wasted your money. It is possible the nutritional value decreases if it has been heated a lot but some authors say it is fine to temperatures up to that used to bake bread or muffins so you may want to try and eat a significant amount in its raw uncooked form to be on the safe side. You can sprinkle it on cereals, yogurts, soups, salads, smoothies, mix with meatballs, use in pancakes muffins etc; just use your imagination.

Well flax was heavily farms many years ago pre war time really. The linseed oil was very much sort after for the paints and varnishing industries. The flax seed oil which was called more linseed oil, was fast drying and so a great ingredient in these products. The oil industry and more specifically the petroleum industry produced better materials for the paints industry and so the farming of the flax reduced. Europe, Russia and parts of the USA are seeing a resurgence in demand now because of the health benefits it is believed to have.
