I’ve done business with them in the past and they are a legit company, or at least they were at one time. I don’t know if they were sold etc… Anyways, they do send out newsletters if you have signed up for them at their site. They have a remove link in the email and you can easilly be removed from there list by clicking on it.

This travel agent type site offers amazing package deals and I want to insure they are ‘for real’ before I invest. They claim to be ‘associated’ with members of the BBB and the Dublin Chamber of Commerce in CA however they are not members themselves. They are based out of Philadelphia, PA. Has anyone heard of them – done business with them?
You answered your own question…I mean I’M associated with members of the BBB, I go drinking with them every Saturday.
Big whoop. And why are they a member of a California city’s Chamber of Commerce if they’re in Philly? They also have a Florida and California Seller of Travel License, again something very odd for a company in Philly. They don’t seem to belong to typical agency affiliations like ASTA, IATA, or ARC, which are not necessary for them to do business, but does given them a certain cachet. They are not a member of USTOA, though that’s not too surprising since they’re a small outfit, but USTOA is a bonded association that pretty much guarantees their legitimacy.
But you really have to look at the deals to see the cracks. I don’t think they’re that amazing. The biggest thing is they don’t let you know what condo you’re staying in, which to me is a HUGE red flag. Also, they say the fulfillment centers are from "well respected travel agencies with good reps" Reputations? Representatives? Maybe that’s were the California and Florida liscenses come in, it’s their own agency doing the fulfilling. Travel agencies don’t do that, tour operators do. I’m guessing that they’ve got some sort of cheap condo or time share organization working out of both Florida and California, and this place in Philly is the clearing house of their product they can’t unload.
And look at their creative pricing, ok, 7 night condiminium vacation, 199.00 but you have to pay a minimum 19.00 per person per night for "taxes, maid, reservation fees etc" 2 person minimum. Well thats 266.00! AND it’s only Continental US, despite the locations they list around the world. For 465.00 you can get a number of condos around the country for a week, and know what you’re getting ahead of time
