Work on Your Range of Motion

Most women don’t really think about it, but you need to remember to work on your range of motion. This is vital to the health of your body and it’s something that you can improve doing some very simple things.

First off, you have to realize that weight training for women is going to help you increase your lean muscle and burn your unhealthy body fat. But that doesn’t mean that you are going to be perfectly comfortable in your body. Your bodies range of motion is really important because it allows you to move freely and decrease bodily pains.

One great way to increase your range of motion is through yoga and/or flexibility training. You will allow your body to have a greater freedom to move past your current limits and that can actually help you get better results in the gym as well.

Another great way to increase your range of motion is by playing some sports. This will force your to stretch out your body and kick it up a notch. All of this is vital to maintaining a healthy body. Most of the time if you do yoga or a short flexibility training session, you can be done in ten minutes.
