   I had the same problem. I placed an order on 12/7 and they charged my credit card 12/9. I still have not received merchandise. I e-mailed them – got no response. There was a phone number listed with the charge on my account but when i called it it did not even ring – just a recording stating that the person has not set up their voice mailbox. I also tried calling 411 within that same area code (I think it was in California) but they had no listing for the number. I contacted my credit card company and explained the situation. They credited back my account and will investigate the problem from their end. Still, it was a Christmas present for my daughter and now it’s too late to order from anywhere else. Good luck! Does anyone know if there is a place where you can report these fraudulent websites?

   Ditto on all of the above. I too have been scammed. I contacted my bank and I pray they will refund my money. I used to be a legal research assistant, so I conducted my own investigation into this company. They do not exist in the US best I can tell. I checked the CA Secretary of State business entity search too based on the supposed phone number they leave with it referring us to a private, personal number with no mailbox set up. Finally, I ran a domain name whois search. Go to this link to see the result:

   Anyhow, it appears to be a company who’s IP address originates in Panama.

   Oh my goodness! SCAM SCAM SCAM. Am just angry at myself for not doing my diligence before I gave them my credit card number. I would suggest we ALL put FRAUD Alerts on our cards, or mark them as being compromised and replace them.

   Me too ordered on the 12th money was taken out of my account and i have not recieved any emails back or my merchandise this was a christmas present for my brother. I also cant find a number to call.

   I also made a purchase on 12/08/08 which was to be a Christmas present as well. $233.93 was taken out of my bank account on 12/09/08. I have sent several emails with no response. If anyone finds a way of contacting them please let me know.
