Boxer Temperament
It is believed by many in the Boxer dog realm that the character and temperament are most important. Boxer are smart, high energy, and rambunctious. They are terrific with children of all ages. They are very active dogs and require a lot of exercise. Daily walks are a requirement for boxers because they can become lazy and over-weight if not given adequate exercise. The Boxer is a terrific working / obedience dogs as well. The Boxer is not naturally an aggressive breed, but like all dogs if provoked they will defend themselves. Boxer dogs make a great family pet, as they are very good with children.
