Why has my UPS shipping info not updated?

I preordered halo 3 about a month and a half ago from Best Buy. The best buy site says it shipped 9/23. The tracking info on the UPS site has not updated for 48 hours now.

I have had things not be updated in the tracking site for days.
It is all based on when there little hand held computers get uploaded. I give it until the end of the day then call 1-800-PICK-UPS

    If it’s something like waiting for pickup, it’s possible that it hasn’t really physically shipped yet, it’s just that the initial paperwork has been done. If it’s showing somewhere in transit, that’s very odd – you could call UPS and ask them.
