I am going to try the Fight Caves soon, all i need to do is find a guide that tells me the possible equipment, or required ones. The inventory, bolts, potions. That kind of stuff. Thx

I attempted the caves for the first time ever today, and was surprised when I made it to Jad with hardly any trouble. (But he ended up killing me…)
These are the lowest stats that I would recommend, higher stats are a big help.
70+ Range
75+ HP
70+ Attack
70+ Strength
75+ Defence
55+ Prayer

Equiped:
Guthan’s helm
Fury/holy symbol
Ava’s accumulator
Black d’hide body/Armadyl chestplate
Black d’hide chaps/Armadyl skirt
Barrows gloves/Black d’hide vambs
Snakeskin boots/Ranger boots
Explorer’s ring
Rune c’bow
2k addy bolts

Inventory:
Guthan’s skirt
Guthan’s chest
Guthan’s spear
1 range pot
4 sara brews
18 super restores
300 diamond bolts (e)
150 purple sweets
