is there a way to see past Phishing site information?

I was on a website I frequently go to. I recieved a warning from the virus scan. It said this website is a Phishing website. Is there a way to find this warning again. I would like to report this to the fcc..I frequently go to this web form. I am not sure why this time it said it was Phishing.
I frequently go to this blog site..and it never showed the fishing filter. I posted a rude coment about the site and shortly after the phishing filter alearted me…

go back to the site and use your phishing filter to check again,
it is located on the status bar.
