what can i do to fix a problem like this with a web site? (please answer see more info blow)?

on a site it said Certificate Errors

what does it mean? and what can i do about it?

1. Download the Certificate Error Repair Tool
"This is a free download – You’ll see a new window pop-up for confirmation."
2. Click "Save File" and follow the simple installation instructions.
3. Scan your computer with the RegCure application.
4. Click the "Fix Errors" button to repair Certificate Error.
