I need medical web site info?

I am trying to find a site where I can enter symptoms to try do find a possible medical explanation. I could find no "help" link in Web MD. Is there another site, or how can I do this on webmd?

Webmd has a symptom checker. The Mayo Clinic website also has one at http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/symptom-checker/DS00671

    Wrongdiagnosis.com. Realize that symptoms are non-specific, so it is difficult for a person to come up with a specific diagnosis by simply entering symptoms.
