A Quick Reminder Of Where Carp Like To Hide

Of course any seasoned carp angler will know this, but for any of you new to the wonderful world of carp fishing, remember to keep an eye on where you’re fishing, and what season it is, so you’ll get the best results, i.e. those nice tight lines and a big whopper of a fish.

Carp generally like warmer conditions, so if you’re out in the cooler months, remember to check where the water is likely to be warmer: like around aquatic plants or places that get a lot of sun, if you can find any.

You might have to do a bit of chumming (if it’s legal in your area – you should check this out because in some places, it’s not). If you’re using boilies, just break up a couple of them and toss them into the water. If they’re going to be biting, you’ll that’ll surely attract a few carp.

Be sure you’ve set up your
carp fishing tackle properly, and that you actually have the appropriate gear for the job.

Then cast out and wait.
Until next time,
Enjoy those tight lines!
