This isn’t what anyone really wants to talk about. We often think of ourselves as being invincible and we don’t want to appear weak in the eyes of others. But if you really feel like you’ve hurt yourself during a training session, seek the medical attention you need. Trust me, the other guys will be very supportive and you will once again be setting a good example. Nobody should just “shrug off” a concussion (for example). Seriously, get the medical help you need if you’ve been injured during a training session.These simple lessons will help you have a productive and enjoyable MMA training session.
